Once you decide on buying a juicer, you may be wondering “Which is the Best Juicer to Buy?” There are many types of juicers and many brands to choose from, so making a choice can be confusing. Just like answering the question “which is the best car to buy” – the question about the best juicer is very hard to answer because it really it depends on your personal goals and your personality.

For me, speed and convenience are crucial. If  it takes forever to put it together, make juice and then clean up, then I’m not going to use it very often, no matter how great it is. In terms of speed, centrifugal juicers are on top of the list. Many of these juicers, such as Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro Juice Extractor or Breville Juice Fountain Elite 800jexl. The big opening is important as it enables you to put in whole fruits and vegetables, such as apples, oranges (peeled), cucumbers, beets, and other – without the need to cut them into smaller pieces. This makes the whole process considerably faster.

Price is a big factor for many people, but, paradoxically, buying the cheapest juicer may not be the best decision if you are looking to save money long term.  Durability (how long the juicer is likely to last) and efficiency (making the most juice from the same amount of produce) should also be considered if money is a big concern.  Length of warranty period, as well as quality of the customer service  and responsiveness of the manufacturer are also important factors to weight in.

Then there are people who are mainly concerned about the quality of the juice. They worry that centrifugal juices cause too much oxidation in the juice, resulting in lower nutritional value of the juice. Personally, I don’t worry about it too much as I mostly consume the juice immediately after preparation. However, if you want to drink the highest possible quality juice, then a higher priced masticating juicer may be a better option, or you may want to splurge for a triturating juicer. Just keep in mind that these juicers are typically slower and require more cleanup time.

Don’t just lose weight, also define your muscles (pilates helps for that and it doesn’t make you look bulky). I think you would have to lose a lot of weight at one time for your skin to get saggy.
